The website provides services of sale of natural products developed by AAU Naturals. These products offered for sale are natural and organic products. The products for sale offered over the website are naturally cultivated, non-toxic products that doesn’t include any preservatives. The owners make sure that the herbs used in the products are organically grown at one or more farms in the Karnataka State in India. The delivery of the products shipment against the purchase orders placed by a user or subscribed users is limited to the territory of India only.

An order is confirmed after making payment as per details provided or as directed by the website and receipt of the money in the authorised bank account of the website. Any product shipment shall be done only on the receipt of the confirmed payment from the user or subscribed user.
AUU Naturals may replace damaged products. Replacement Request is acceptable in case of damaged products only. Such a request shall be handled as per the Damaged Product Replacement Policy of AAU Naturals. A replacement request for the damaged products shall be acceptable if it is raised within 48 hours only, from the time of delivery of the product shipment. Replacement request shall be made in a prescribed format provided by the website. A photograph of the damaged product is a must to raise a request failing to comply which shall be considered as non-receipt of such request.
A user or a subscribed user of the website is not authorised to do activities such as advertisement, promotion of the website or its products. The Owner may not be responsible for any kind of promotion, advertise by a user/subscribed user of websites to any third party on platforms. The Owner of the Website shall not be held liable or responsible for the advertisements or the contents displayed by the third parties. The Owner may use a User’s or Subscribed User’s e-mail id and name to send advertisements and other promotional contents to them/him/her.
